The information you provide is solely for the use of Ilkley Cycling Club and will never be passed to any third parties.
The email address you provide will only be used for club communications, e.g. membership related communication and our newsletters.

Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, and you tick the gift aid box, the Government will give us 25% extra. All you need to do is pay enough UK Income and/or Capital Gains tax in the tax year to cover the 25% that Ilkley Cycling Club will claim from the HMRC. (Council tax and VAT do not count)

Ride Respect
As a member(s) of ICC I/we agree to ride with respect to the safety of other cyclists and road users on club rides & events. Members need to read and accept the ride etiquette.

Location Services (MyRides App)
The MyRides app offers an optional location-based feature to help you find nearby cafes, pubs, and bike shops while on rides. Here's how we handle your location data:


  • Your Choice: Location services are entirely optional. The app works fully without location permission.

  • Local Only: Your location is calculated on your device and is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.

  • No Tracking: We do not track your movements or create location history.Distance Calculation: Location is only used to calculate distances to points of interest for sorting purposes.

  • Control: You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. In the Android version of the App, location services are provided by Google Play Services. For more information about how Google Play Services handles location data, please see Google's Privacy Policy.


Privacy and GDR Data Protection
Ilkley Cycling Club treats your privacy seriously and in full compliance with government mandates, including GDPR. Club members have full control over their user profiles, specifying what information, if any, they choose to share with other members. If you are a Club member, you have the right to have all your private information that is used on this website and/or in the associated Rides App removed on request. Simply send an email to: Membership Officer.
