Please note the start time! This is the longer of two rides to the Castle Inn, with the shorter ride Janet Didur will be posting starting at Buon Apps in Otley and taking a different route to Spofforth. The aim is to meet riders doing the shorter route at Spofforth. If you want to do the shorter ride, but start in Ilkley with this group, then join Janet’s ride on the app and message me to let me know that’s what you will be doing.
Safety, pace, and ride notes
This will be at the upper end of the C2 pace/lower end of B3/C Intermediate pace. All the hills before refreshments so carb up! We will regroup after hills etc
Kit, preparation, and weather
Forecast is good for Saturday but pack rainwear just in case. Usual spares for repairs and cash/card for refreshments. Suggest two water bottles if possible.
