Its Going to be a lovely day for a nice ride out, A Steady ride out to Arkendale & Walshford, with cafe stop at the Courtyard at Rabbit Hill Park around 34 miles, I also plan for a second stop at the new cafe at Sicklinghall Cricket Club to try out the cakes and coffee ect, It would be nice to find out whats it like for others,

Stead pace no drop and stops if and when needed, All of the climbing is in the first 15 miles, Slightly earlier start at 9am,
