Later start so there's half a chance of roads being ok. Shorter route than usual. Depending on numbers and who is out intention is to keep the pace up to keep warm. Stronger riders on the front sticking together regrouping after climbs as necessary.

I think the roads should be ok but I don't do ice so please keep an eye on the App.
Also will run the ride as long as a few folk out otherwise I'll do a solo ploddle from home.
