Not a long nor hilly Ride, but to see the salmon leap is certainly a beautiful sight.
Hellifield, Wigglesworth, Settle and onto Stainforth.

Pace Around 11 to 12mph
Kit, preparation, and weather
Be prepared for all weather, so do have a waterproof with you.
I would suggest we leave the bikes locked at The Knights Table Cafe and Walk down to the Force, and change into trainers or wellies to avoid the mud, slippy rocks and possible falls or slips. A small rucksack or suitable back pack to carry your footwear is a good idea.
