Co-operative chain gang - goal is to complete the route together. This is a disciplined ride in a single pace line or through-and-off (chain gang) - depending on numbers and mood. You're welcome to join even if you have never ridden a chain gang, but you must be comfortable riding closely and be ready to work hard.
Safety, pace, and ride notes
We'll ride as fast as the slowest rider can withstand. ;) If you are struggling, then please sit at the back, skipping turns and recover. It's dangerous for yourself and others to push past your limit.
Kit, preparation, and weather
Leave Old Bridge promptly at 8:25 to avoid other groups. You can join us after we cross the one-lane bridge around 8:30 if you are running late.
