Myrtle Park, Bingley was the venue for Round 4 of the Yorkshire Points Winter Cyclo Cross Series. Although the weather remained fair, which was an improvement on the forecast rain, the ground was already soft due to recent rainfall and mud quickly made the going tough and slippery.
Nineteen riders represented Ilkley CC, with a strong turn out of youngsters. The highlight of the older categories for ICC was the continuation of a season long battle between close rivals Dave Wilby and Arthur Wilson.
