Skipton Cycling club have teamed up with TBF (a part of the Brownlee Foundation - you’ll remember the local Brownlee brothers are gold medal Triathletes) Craven Energy Triathlon Club, Cycling and Skipton AC to present the Skipton Multisport Festival.
On Sunday there will be a 30min Junior closed road sportive riding a 900m loop and 5 youth triathlons: Tri-Start (age 8) 50m swim, 1km bike, 600m run
TriStar 1 (age 9-10) 150m swim, 3.7km bike, 1.2km run
TriStar 2 (age 11-12) 200m swim, 5.5km bike, 1.8km run
TriStar 3 (age 13-14) 300m swim, 7.3km bike, 2.4km run
Youth (age 15-16) 400m swim, 9.1km bike, 2.6km run
There are also two Adult triathlons - a Super Sprint (200m swim,10km bike, 2.5km run) and a Sprint (400m swim, 22km bike, 5km run)
Entry Fees for the Adult triathlons are £55 (Sprint) and from £47 (Super Sprint); for the youth triathlons from £22.50; and £15 for the Junior sportive
