The route is predominantly flat, and so suitable for all abilities. The water/refreshment stops are as in previous years (every c17km) as are the cakes at the end!
It's a charity event, and last year it raised £11,000.
Proceeds this year will go to Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Saint Michael’s Hospice, Dementia Forward and local charities.
