Steve Cummings in Conversation: the Olympics, the Tour

Team Ineos and Me Cycling star Steve Cummings shares stories from cycling's biggest races, including his own successes at the Tour de France and Olympics. Steve is one of the biggest and most popular names in British cycling. An Olympic silver medallist on the track at the Athens games of 2004, Steve went on to win stages at both the Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana, as well as the overall title at the 2016 Tour of Britain. Having raced with and against riders including Mark Cavendish, Bradley Wiggins, Chris Froome and Geraint Thomas, Steve is perfectly placed to give an inside view of the professional peloton of the last 20 years. Now sports director for Team Ineos, Steve will come fresh from leading the team at all three of this year's Grand Tours: Italy, France and Spain. Steve will be in conversation with former Procycling magazine writer, Duncan Steer, who hosted the recent sell-out night with ITV Tour commentator Matt Rendell.
Tickets are £13 from the link above, and the event starts at 7.30pm in the Bingley Arts Centre
