Winter Base Miles ride. We will form suitable groups with a supportive group at the back.
Turn Point: Climb Halton Gill and carry on along the moor with Pen y Ghent on the right. Just before the road takes the big descent to Stainforth, there is a bit where walkers park their cars on the grass with a farmer’s honesty box payment system. We will turn here.
Obviously riders can turn any time sooner to suit individuals needs/wants on the day.
